Ordered 4 frames total. Glass came broken. The pexiglass and wood frames were scratched on the other 3. The customer service from the girl who answers the phone was horrible every time I called to resolve the issue of my return. Will never buy from again.

I am a digital artist and I display my work in small venues for sale. I print almost exclusively in 13x19 format. A very common print size for prints, and paper. However not such a common print size for purchasing frames. I needed an inexpensive frame in which to display my prints and these guys have it. I have purchaed over 18 of these so far and have never had any issues at all. Can't beat the price either.

I was very disappointed in how the product arrived. I ordered about 8 frames and every single piece of plexiglass was scraped up immensely. I don't care if it's cheap or not, the product should still arrive intact.
