I shopped around before ordering this bag. It has a very nice look to it, professional in every way. There is plenty of room for your laptop, accessories, files etc. I would highly reccomend this for the business traveler. It is slightly on the heavy side for daily use, probably due to the rigid construction that provides protection around the laptop compartment; a fair trade off if you think about the protection afforded the laptop. If you travel, this is the bag for you.

SOLO D555-1 Review by disappointed

The bag itself is fine, but I am very disappointed in the way Amazon posted this product and handled my complaint. The color of the bag was listed and shown in photos as 'cognac'. The product I received was tan. I filed a complaint and worked with Amazon to exchange the bag. They were polite enough and apologetic over the phone and assured that it would be resolved. But the second bag that I received was also tan. I really don't have the time, energy, and patience to exchange it again, so I will live with this tan bag. There are worse things. But I have lost faith in Amazon and probably won't choose to shop with them again.

I ordered this expecting a tan/cognac laptop bag. It came in the mail today, and the color of the product is most definitely chocolate brown. Very dark brown. The plastic surrounding the bag had sticker with the product number and said the color was 'Tan.' The laptop bag itself also had a tag on it with a picture of the actual tan bag shown here on amazon with the matching product number. I'm confused on how that happened. I don't know if this was a freak incident, or if all the bags are really dark brown even though the packaging specifies 'Tan.' I am a female looking for a nice tan leather laptop bag, and the chocolate looks quite a bit man-ish. If I hadn't gotten such a good deal I would probably return it, but I use Amazon on a near-weekly basis and haven't had any negative experiences until now.
The bag itself is great, exactly what I wanted. I can fit my work laptop and my Macbook in here together with room for notebooks, writing utensils, etc. It is just not the color I wanted.
