I hadn't thought about putting a water-saving aerator on a sink until just recently when our water bills were just getting too expensive. I knew that our water-saver showerhead cut our water bill almost in half so I thought I would give these a try as well. I ordered one for the kitchen and one for the bathroom, though I was worried that the spray may not be enough for doing dishes properly. Luckily, I was wrong. The spray is terrific and actually works better for doing dishes because (at least in our apartment) it is more powerful than before and without having to turn on the water full-blast. In reading other reviews of this product, I grew worried about installation as the aerator is completely smooth and round. It was not, however, too much trouble getting it on, though as someone else wrote you will probably have to use your hands rather than a wrench or pliers. Finally, I haven't gotten the water bill yet, so I can't say how cost-efficient it is, but if the showerhead is any measure this aerator will make a significant improvement. I would highly recommend this product!

Total time to install about 30 Seconds. It only took that long because I was being overly cautious.
The product is plastic which means it won't rust. It should be a law that every home has one of these. It increased the water pressure from just pouring out to a really great stream
It cuts the usage from 2.2 to 1.0 gpm. and whats so bad about that? My face is just as clean and I don't waste water. I live in a drought area and live off a cistern (big water tank, no water from the government). We saw a dramatic improvment in our water usage. I had these in my home in Florida and they cut my water bill in half.
So why havent you bought one yet? At this price I put one on every faucet in my home.

This has to be one of the simplest and most painless ways to save water! There really is no noticable difference in how it feels when you wash your hands, but it really uses alot less water! I have installed these on every faucet in the house. About the only negative I can think of is that filling a large pan of water does take longer, but it's a small trade off for the water that is saved washing your hands or rinsing dishes! Installation was easy and the product is well made with a nice quality finish! I have been recomending these to all of my friends!
